The SDG Digital will take place on 20-21 September in New York.
The event is a collaborative effort by ITU and the UNDP with the support of the UN System.
Also, it is a key component of “A Digital Future for All”, the digital track of the Summit of the Future Action Days.
SDG Digital exemplifies how digital technologies can lay the groundwork for a more sustainable, inclusive, and responsible future.
The event will bring together leaders from government, civil society, the private sector, youth, and academia.
Also, the event aims to focus participants on the future, encouraging them to explore the trends, risks, and opportunities presented by digital and emerging technologies on the world’s journey forward.
This year’s programme will include the
- Friday, 20 September: SDG Digital GameChangers Award Ceremony and Welcome Reception at the South Dining Room from 18:30 to 20:30. By invitation only due to capacity constraints.
- Saturday, 21 September: SDG Digital at the Summit of the Future Action Days, A Digital Future for All, in the ECOSOC Chamber from 10:30 to 17:00.
